Ingredients:

450 grams minced chicken, 1 cup grated mozzarella, 1 cup breadcrumbs, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2-3 garlic cloves, 2 handfuls of coriander leaves, 1 large onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp lemon juice, oil for frying, salt, and pepper as needed.

Extract the mixture and make small, bite-sized meatballs. Dust them with some flour. Heat a pan and add in oil; once the oil is hot enough, gently slide the meatballs in and deep fry them till they turn golden brown.
